Business consulting, management and advisory
The distance between where the business is and where it should be.
NorthBridge Business Advisory LLC works with owners, executives and boards to fix what the numbers are already telling them. Strategy, operations, finance and governance, handled by advisors who stay until the change is running on its own.
Two offices, Georgia and Colorado. Engagements run nationwide, on site and remote.
/01 The problem we solve
Most businesses do not fail on strategy. They fail on the handover.
A plan is written, everyone agrees, and then nothing changes because no one owns the work, the numbers are not tracked, and the person who wrote the plan has already left the building.
NorthBridge was built the other way round. We diagnose with real data, write a plan short enough to be followed, then stay in the room while your managers run it. Our engagements end when your team is holding the standard without us, and that milestone is written into the scope from day one.
Read how we work/02 Why clients retain us
Four commitments that shape every engagement
Operators, not observers
Our advisors have carried a profit and loss statement, signed payroll and sat through a bad quarter. Advice is written by people who have had to live with it.
Evidence before opinion
Every recommendation traces back to your ledgers, contracts, systems and interviews with the people doing the work. No template strategy, no borrowed benchmarks.
Fees you can see
Published retainer tiers and fixed project fees. No hourly creep, no percentage of your revenue, no commission from any software or service we recommend.
Built to hand back
Documentation, dashboards and coaching are part of the fee, so the operating rhythm survives our exit. We would rather be re-hired than made permanent.
/03 What we do
Six practices, one accountable team
Engagements usually start in one practice and pull in others as the diagnostic finds them. You are never handed to a second account team.
Strategy and growth advisory
Market position, competitive analysis, pricing architecture and a growth plan sized to the capital and the people you actually have.
ExploreOperations and performance
Process mapping, capacity planning, supply and vendor terms, and the weekly management rhythm that keeps the gains from leaking back out.
ExploreFinancial and CFO advisory
Cash flow forecasting, unit economics, budgeting, lender and investor reporting, and fractional chief financial officer support.
ExploreOrganisation and leadership
Structure, roles, compensation bands, hiring plans, succession and the coaching that turns senior staff into managers who can decide.
ExploreMarket entry and expansion
New territory, new line, second location or acquisition. Feasibility, entry model, capital plan and the first ninety days of execution.
ExploreRisk, compliance and governance
Contract review, internal controls, policy frameworks, board reporting and the governance a lender or buyer will expect to see.
Explore/04 How an engagement runs
Four phases, fixed sequence, dates agreed in advance
The depth changes with the mandate. The order never does, because skipping the diagnostic is how consultancies end up selling the same answer to every client.
Diagnose
Financials, contracts, systems and floor level interviews. You receive a written findings memo with the three problems that matter most and what each is costing you every month.
Design
A plan short enough to be read: target operating model, sequenced initiatives, owners, budget and the measures that will tell us it is working.
Deploy
We work alongside your managers through the change. Weekly operating reviews, unblocking, negotiation support and interim cover where a seat is genuinely empty.
Hand over
Documented processes, a live dashboard and a trained management team. We step back to a monthly review, then to a call when you want a second opinion.
/05 About the firm
A Georgia and Colorado advisory firm built for businesses that have outgrown guesswork.
NorthBridge Business Advisory LLC was founded in 2011 by a former operations director and a turnaround accountant who kept meeting the same company: profitable on paper, exhausted in practice, run on habits that stopped fitting three years ago.
We are deliberately mid sized. Large enough to bring a finance lead, an operations lead and a people lead to the same table, small enough that a partner sits in your weekly review rather than a graduate with a template. Clients range from family businesses turning six hundred thousand a year to private equity backed groups past ninety million.
