Diagnostics normally begin within two to three weeks. Larger project and retainer work depends on partner availability and usually starts within four to six weeks. If you are in genuine distress, say so in the first line of your message and we will tell you honestly whether we can move faster.

Nothing is required for the first call. If you have them to hand, the last two years of financial statements, a current organisation chart and any plan you have already written will let us skip a week of discovery. Please do not send anything sensitive until we have a confidentiality agreement in place.

This site runs no server that stores enquiries, which we prefer for a firm that handles other people's financial information. The form assembles the message and hands it to your own email application, so you can see exactly what is sent and keep a copy in your sent items.
